Inspect and repair hospital HVAC systems and related equipment during both day and night shifts;
Perform routine and spot maintenance on pumps, air handling units, and refrigeration systems;
Record readings and adjustments of HVAC controls and equipment performance;
Respond to calls for repairs on plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems including weekends;
Assist in installation, removal, and storage of HVAC equipment while complying with refrigerant regulations
