Makes daily inspections of pumps, air-handling units, refrigeration units, air conditioning and ventilation units;
Inspects roof top cooling towers throughout the hospital;
Performs necessary repairs to malfunctioning equipment and records readings and adjustments;
Maintains daily log of service requests and uses computerized work order system;
Is part of the snow team and may work outside regular schedule including weekends and holidays
