- Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines
- IICRC Certifications are not required but:
• WTR – Water Damage Restoration Technician
• ASD – Applied Structural Drying Technician
Candidate monitors, inspects and completes tasks for Water and Mold Restoration jobs from start to completion. This person must provide All Dry level customer service, explain job scope and processes to homeowners, review timelines, and prepare documentation within our CRM and estimating software. Common math skills such as square‑foot and linear‑foot calculations will be taught during training. Daily or weekly tasks include maintaining professional appearance, recording time, truck and equipment maintenance, pre‑job truck preparation, explaining processes, completing assigned jobs, performing water damage repair, inspecting jobs, acquiring customer signatures, monitoring job progress, adjusting drying plans, resolving customer issues, documenting and photographing work, and other tasks assigned by a supervisor.
Job Responsibilities- Maintain a professional appearance and keep uniform clean
- Record time via provided apps and approve time cards weekly
- Ensure the truck is kept clean, perform routine maintenance, and stock equipment and supplies
- Keep equipment clean and report any malfunction or damage
- Pre‑job truck prep: ensure all needed equipment and supplies are on the truck
- Explain processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to customers
- Complete assigned jobs according to company processes while maintaining quality control
- Perform water damage repair, including extraction, pack‑out, removal/disposing of non‑salvageable materials, and light construction and demolition as directed
- Ensure equipment, supplies, vehicles, and products are properly handled
- Inspect jobs after completion, obtain customer signatures, and request payments when necessary
- Perform daily monitoring and tasks on assigned water jobs with urgency
- Make daily adjustments to the drying plan based on meter readings
- Resolve customer issues, communicate daily job activities with supervisor and key company staff
- Complete documentation and pictures on time per company policies to ensure insurance reimbursement
- Perform any other tasks assigned by a supervisor
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record
- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Can read and follow product label usage instructions
- Reports to work on time in a clean, complete uniform

- Water Mitigation: 1 year or more
- Customer Service: 2 years or more
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
- IICRC Certification WRT
