Walmart is recruiting a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support and oversee the repair of refrigeration and HVAC equipment within our local retail store. The role requires commercial HVAC and refrigeration expertise, use of hand, digital, and power tools, and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.

• 10+ years of experience in commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA refrigeration certification
• Valid, clean state‑issued driver’s license and acceptable MVR
• Minimum age 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility refrigeration HVAC equipment using commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills with hand, digital, and power tools.
• Use the work order management system to receive, support, and document repair activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required safety and equipment training.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and Walmart safety policies.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, navigate ladders, and work safely at heights.

• Salary Range: $56,160 - $106,080
• Cash Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000
• Eligible for bonus incentive based on performance.
