As a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician at a local retail store, your role will support and oversee repair within the Walmart facilities Refrigeration HVAC equipment team and assets by utilizing commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills and using hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs.

• 10 years of experience in commercial refrigeration & HVAC maintenance
• Type I/Type II or Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certification for refrigerant handling
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility’s refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets by utilizing commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills and using hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive repair work orders, support stores and store associates, and document repair activities.
• Provide a prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines by performing work according to Walmart’s Refrigeration HVAC safety policy and environmental guidelines.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, move up and down ladders, and work comfortably at heights frequently.

• Salary range: $56,160 – $106,080
• Currently offering a $10,000 sign‑on bonus
