Company & Position HighlightsCompensation: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour, based on experience and licensing

- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and start-ups on commercial boiler systems
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues
- Service boiler room equipment and combustion systems
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical schematics
- Conduct preventative maintenance and support emergency service calls
- Educate customers on equipment operation and maintenance best practices
- Complete service documentation and communicate findings clearly with clients
- 3+ years of experience servicing commercial or industrial boiler systems
- Experience with steam and hot water systems
- Knowledge of combustion controls and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation
- Rhode Island Natural Gas, Propane Gas, Oil Burner, and/or Pipefitter licenses preferred
- Valid Rhode Island driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders as needed
