Compensation: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour, based on experience and licensing

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and start-ups on commercial boiler systems
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues
• Service boiler room equipment and combustion systems
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical schematics
• Conduct preventative maintenance and support emergency service calls
• Educate customers on equipment operation and maintenance best practices
• Complete service documentation and communicate findings clearly with clients

• 3+ years of experience servicing commercial or industrial boiler systems
• Experience with steam and hot water systems
• Knowledge of combustion controls and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation
• Rhode Island Natural Gas, Propane Gas, Oil Burner, and/or Pipefitter licenses preferred
• Valid Rhode Island driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders as needed
