We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team  a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal building comfort levels, addressing tenant needs, and maintaining the security and safety of the premises. You will also handle various general maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, and grounds maintenance.

Rotation:
Alternating weekends.

• Week 1:
  Sunday through Thursday (off Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Week 2:
  Monday through Wednesday and Friday through Saturday (off Thursday)
• Week 3:
  Sunday through Thursday (off Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

• Monitors temperature controls and outside weather conditions.
• Maintains and performs general repairs of all HVAC equipment.
• Represents owners when responding to tenants' needs.
• Responsible for the total security of the building.
• Responsible for all snow and ice removal from outside building area.
• Performs all general maintenance duties and repair assignments determined by supervisor.
• Responsible for preparing and painting various surfaces, including walls and trim.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Vocational Degree or equivalent training in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Heating and Plumbing.
• Proven professional painting experience.
• 3 years of building maintenance or mechanical experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Boiler Operator's license preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to work any and all shifts, including 3rd Shift, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• Reliability is a must.
