We are seeking a technician with proven appliance repair experience who can confidently diagnose and repair major household appliances while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

$15,000 sign-on incentive for qualified experienced technicians

Diagnose and repair major household appliances

Provide customers with clear explanations and professional recommendations

Complete accurate estimates, invoices, and job notes

Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle

Communicate professionally with dispatch, parts, and management

Represent Action Appliance with honesty, accountability, and respect

Prior appliance repair experience required

Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills

Experience with refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, ovens, and related appliances

EPA certification preferred, especially for sealed system or refrigeration work

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to work independently in customers' homes

Strong communication and customer service skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude
