+ Diagnoseandrepairequipmentfrommanufacturersincluding Carrier,Trane,York,Rheem,Bryant,andICP.
+ Reviewassignedworkordersandestimatethelabor,materials,andtimerequiredtocompleterepairs.
Manageandtrackworkordercompletion.
+ Assistwiththeinstallation,replacement,andmodificationofHVACequipmentandbuildingsystems.
+ Inspectnewandexistinginstallationstoensurecompliancewithbuildingcodes,safety standards,andclientrequirements.
+ SupportenergymanagementinitiativesbyensuringallHVACsystemsoperateatmaximumefficiencyandperformance.
+ Conductroutinesiteinspectionsandidentifymaintenanceconcernsbeforeequipmentfailuresoccur.
+ Communicateeffectivelywithclients,coworkers,andsupervisorsregardingservicestatus,repairrecommendations,andoperationalconcerns.
+ Followestablishedsafetyprocedures,company policies,andmaintenancebestpracticeswhileworkingindependentlyinthefield.
