Shop Operations Lead

A bit about us:We are an stablished stone counter top fabrication company seeking an experienced Shop Operations Lead to oversee daily fabrication activities, production workflow, quality control, and installation coordination.

Our Shop Operations Leader must have:
- Experience managing fabrication shop personnel and/or installation crews
- Strong knowledge of granite, quartz, and natural stone fabrication
- Understanding of CNC equipment, templating, fabrication, and installation processes
- Prior shop lead or high level installation lead experience within the stone counter top industry.

Only candidates with prior stone counter top fabrication, installation, or shop leadership experience will be considered.
