CompensationPay range: $48,000 USD to $50,000 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Summary of Position:
Assistant Director responsible to support the Program Director in the Providence County program with hiring, training new employees, motivating and supervising staff, and communicating weekly performance to the Director.
- Perform intakes, coordinate participant staffing, and manage delivery of participant service hours to ensure maximum and appropriate levels of weekly services while managing compliance with all YAP and referring authority requirements.
- Commit to strength based, culturally competent and unconditional care philosophy.
- Knowledge of mental health practices, juvenile justice systems, and budgetary concepts is a plus.
- Creativity and proactive planning are essential.
- Bachelor’s Degree generally preferred.
- Associate's degree accepted with commensurate experience.
- Three to five years related experience/training in youth services, juvenile justice, community programs, or program development.
- At least one year related experience/training in management/supervision.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills; experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system is a plus.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) skills a plus.
