• Provide in‑person crisis intervention, emergency screening, and triage in collaboration with law enforcement to individuals and families exposed to victimization and trauma in the community.
• Respond to directives from law enforcement during weekends, holidays, and after hours.
• Provide coverage and support within the various Go Team communities.

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred.
• Excellent crisis management and intervention skills required.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, while collaborating as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of current automobile insurance.
• Experience and training in victim services and/or crisis intervention required.
• Training in childhood trauma, police procedures, and court experience required.
• Case management experience and knowledge of community and victim resources highly preferred.
• Experience working with law enforcement highly preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred; additional 6% compensation.
• Multilingual skills preferred; additional 8% compensation.
