We're looking for a passionate, skilled clinician who wants to make a direct, lasting impact in the lives of children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, including those affected by exploitation and abuse. If you're driven by purpose and ready for meaningful, hands-on work, we want to meet you.

Why join Tides?

  • Provide trauma-informed individual, family, and group therapy in home and community settings

  • Support youth facing complex challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and disrupted attachment
  • Partner with families, schools, and providers to create holistic, individualized care plans
  • Respond to crises and provide stabilization and safety planning when needed
  • Track progress and celebrate milestones in each youth's recovery journey

Requirements:

  • Compassionate, adaptable, and committed to meeting clients where they are
  • Comfortable working in the community and responding to real-world challenges
  • A strong collaborator who values teamwork and communication
  • Dedicated to equity, cultural responsiveness, and trauma-informed care

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience providing trauma-informed care

Compensation & benefits:

  • $63,000–$72,500 based on experience and qualifications
