We're looking for a passionate, skilled clinician who wants to make a direct, lasting impact in the lives of children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, including those affected by exploitation and abuse. If you're driven by purpose and ready for meaningful, hands-on work, we want to meet you.
Why join Tides?
- Mission-driven work – help youth heal, grow, and stay in their communities
- Collaborative team culture – work alongside supportive, multidisciplinary professionals
- Ongoing training & development – build expertise in specialized trauma-focused models
- Flexible, community-based work – no traditional office setting
- Recognized as a Best Place to Work, Safe Zone Certified, and Veteran-Friendly Employer
What you'll do:
- Provide trauma-informed individual, family, and group therapy in home and community settings
- Use evidence-based approaches like TF-CBT, play therapy, and other innovative interventions
- Support youth facing complex challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and disrupted attachment
- Partner with families, schools, and providers to create holistic, individualized care plans
- Respond to crises and provide stabilization and safety planning when needed
- Track progress and celebrate milestones in each youth's recovery journey
Requirements:
- Compassionate, adaptable, and committed to meeting clients where they are
- Comfortable working in the community and responding to real-world challenges
- A strong collaborator who values teamwork and communication
- Dedicated to equity, cultural responsiveness, and trauma-informed care
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience providing trauma-informed care
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- LCSW, LICSW, LMHC-A LMHC preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole strongly valued)
Compensation & benefits:
- $63,000–$72,500 based on experience and qualifications
- Opportunities for professional growth and specialization
- Supportive supervision and training environment
