Youth Villages seeks a Family Intervention Specialist to work in our Intercept in-home program. You will carry a caseload of 4 to 6 families, conduct both individual and family sessions, and coordinate with case workers and courts to build a collaborative treatment plan.
Travel is required, with up to 60–80 miles per visit. A Master’s (preferred) or Bachelor’s in a social services field is required, along with strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in EMR documentation.
