The Enterprise Replication group within Oracle RDBMS develops the core platform for Oracle's logical replication products, including Golden Gate, Data Guard Logical, XStream, Log Miner, Audit Vault and Change Data Capture. The role focuses on designing, developing, troubleshooting and debugging high‑performance replication software in C++ and

C.

• Build state‑of‑the‑art near real‑time transaction distribution and replication engines with high throughput and low latency.
• Participate in the development of in‑memory architecture for replication infrastructure.
• Program system‑level components across multiple layers such as security, network communication and memory management on diverse operating systems and databases.
• Address complex inter‑process/inter‑database communication and dependency computation for parallel applying of row and table schema changes.
• Implement memory management features, including auto‑tuning, caching, failure recovery, and automated performance tuning of distributed systems.

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency with C++ and C programming for performance‑critical systems.
• Experience with operating‑system‑level programming, network protocols and memory‑management concepts.

• Salary range: $79,200 – $178,100 per annum, with potential bonus and equity.
