The Platforms Practice specializes in mission‑critical, intelligent platforms for the world’s most ambitious organizations. In this role you will identify and define user and customer requirements and develop user interfaces for mobile, web and tablet platforms, building software components that interact seamlessly with upstream and downstream systems.

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.
• Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable code, create specifications and perform peer code‑reviews.

• Team collaborator with a get‑things‑done attitude.
• Experience contributing to design and architecture decisions.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high‑quality software against schedules.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies.
• Proficiency in application development tools and quality assurance practices.

• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas with clarity.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience building production‑scalable software systems preferred.
• 3–5+ years programming with Java or C#.
• 3–5+ years experience with Spring Boot, .NET or .NET Core.
• Experience with AWS or GCP is a plus.
• Grounding in Computer Science fundamentals.
• Experience with unit testing or TDD.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self‑learner who adapts quickly to languages and technologies.
• Analytical problem‑solving aptitude.

• Competitive base salary: $102,500 to $187,900 (US all locations) with higher ranges for certain metros.
