Good understanding of SFDC Service Max Service Cloud
Hands-on experience in Service Max configuration and customization Gather all business requirements and design technical solutions Develop code in Apex, Smart Docs Visual Force, Configure SFMs and other modules SFDC Certification Dev 401 and Service Max Certified professionals required and SFDC Certification 501 preferred.
