Responsibilities

For the Sunrise Inter Array Cables Transport & Installation contract a Site Logistics Coordinator is required to support the Works Manager in the day-to-day operations. Activities include, but not limited to:

  • Coordination of the crew transfer vessel (CTV) for:
  • Supply runs from shore to the offshore installation vessels
  • Crew changes by CTV
  • Onshore logistics of project materials
  • Support the liaison between vessel crew and agency
  • Procurement of materials with support from procurement team and vessel agent
  • Site coordination for offloading of spare cable into a storage basket
  • Management of a local project specific training for project crew in advance of crew changes
  • Setting up and maintaining the site office and associated procedures.
  • Taking care of the permits, local travel arrangements, accommodation, registration and safety meetings during crew changes. Timely informing relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinating logistics aspects at the project site during execution of the project.
  • Processing project requirements (goods, services and resources) into demands and purchase orders.
  • Ensuring local stock is at agreed levels.
  • Being responsible for local stores, safe (un) loading and dispatching goods.
  • Ensuring compliance with (local) customs and company processes and procedures.
  • Ensuring required documentation is available at a time for sending and receiving goods.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a maritime project environment
  • Experience with logistic processes
  • Experience with providing safety inductions and follow-up of HSE behavior
  • Average skills in ICT Office application and ERP system
