• drivers are paid a daily salary of $215/day and an additional $300 for each unloaded trailer. Drivers average 900–1200 miles per week and complete three loads.

• must reside in ny, ct, md, ma, or ri (excluding long island and the bronx).
• drivers must be 21 years old with at least one full year of class a experience (local, regional, or otr).
• cdl must be held in the state of current residence at application.
• drivers may not have more than three jobs in the last year and no more than six jobs in the last three years.
• drivers may have up to two dot recordable accidents in the last three years, but must not have:
  • any major traffic violations
  • preventable rear‑end incidents
  • rollovers
• drivers must not have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason.
• drivers may have one of the following moving violations in their personal vehicle in the last three years (none in a commercial vehicle):
  • 15+ miles per hour in zones
  • reckless driving
  • following too closely
  • texting or using a handheld device
  note: if these violations appear in a commercial vehicle, the driver is not qualified.
• no felonies in the last seven years (excluding any sexual crimes) and no misdemeanors in the last three years.
