Truck Driver Trainee​/Student​/Refresher

Overview

Join our trainee driving program. No experience needed—only a Class A commercial driver’s license. We provide training, equipment, and competitive pay while you gain road experience.

• Earn $600 per week during the initial training program.
• Receive $75 for each clean DOT inspection earned while in training.
• Complete orientation every Monday/Wednesday or start with online orientation any day.

• Achieve up to .55 CPM immediately after training, .62 CPM at 90 days, and .66 CPM at 6 months.
• No in‑cab cameras.

• Average vehicle age: 22 months.
• Fleet averages 5,000–6,000 miles per week.
• Guaranteed home time.

• Medical, Dental, Vision.
• Optional Life, STD/LTD, and Flexible Spending Accounts after 60 days.
• 401(k) plan after 180 days.

• Drive company vehicles as assigned while following safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate logs and records.
• Participate in training sessions and complete required inspections.
• Adhere to company policies and transportation regulations.

• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license.
• No prior experience required.
• Willingness to learn and follow training program.
• Reliable and safe driving record.
