As a Bike Courier you are our “Boots on the ground!” and the main face for Insomnia’s customers outside the bakery. You deliver cookie magic wherever our fans are.

• PM shifts available
• $15 per hour plus additional delivery fees and tips

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to our loyal fanbase in a timely and safe manner.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers, whether in‑person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to maintain approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 1‑mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!
• Must have your own non‑motorized bicycle in working order (electronic bikes are not permitted)
• Must have a smartphone with data plan
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
