Warehouse & Yard Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse & Yard Coordinator to support a renewable energy client on a major US Offshore Wind Farm project based in Providence, RI.

Position: Warehouse & Yard Coordinator
Project: US Offshore Wind Farm
Location: Providence, RI
Duration: Contract (6-12 months)

• Support daily operations to ensure an efficient and well-maintained storage yard and warehouse environment.
• Conduct regular yard inspections and report housekeeping or corrective actions to the Yard Manager.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel, contractors, and visitors onsite.
• Assist with equipment mobilization and demobilization activities for offshore projects.
• Monitor stock levels of equipment, consumables, rigging, lifting gear, and spare parts.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored, maintained, and fit for operational use.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks and container handling activities.
• Carry out small maintenance tasks across the yard and warehouse facilities.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Forklift license or willingness to obtain one
• Eligible for a TWIC card
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Must live within commutable distance to Providence, RI

Experience with in offshore wind, logistics, warehouse, yard operations, marine, or heavy equipment environments would be highly advantageous.
