Provide attentive, welcoming client service at the branch and greet clients as they enter the branch;
Open new accounts and perform account servicing while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on digital banking tools (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs) and assist with day-to-day banking needs;
Build trusted relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to achieve financial goals;
Assist with branch operations and cash handling in adherence with bank procedures
