The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, on-site or remote role based out of our Vineyard, UT office, overseeing stone and tile fabrication and installation projects from planning through completion. This role includes managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources, while coordinating closely with clients, designers, vendors, and internal teams. The Senior Project Manager will lead project meetings, track progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and timelines are consistently met.

Daily responsibilities also involve reviewing drawings and specifications, monitoring material orders and deliveries, supporting expediting and logistics, conducting site inspections, and preparing status reports and documentation.

As Senior Project Manager, you will provide leadership across some of GST's most significant projects by:

• Delivering projects safely, profitably, and on schedule
• Leading project management teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Partnering with field leadership, estimating, procurement, logistics, and executive leadership
• Developing project strategy, risk mitigation, financial performance, and client relationships
• Mentoring project managers while strengthening GST's project management standards
• Supporting business development and continuous operational improvement
