Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our Housing Team. This role will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, paperwork processing, housing-related research, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling confidential information while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Housing Team
  • Complete and organize housing-related paperwork and documentation
  • Assist with researching housing options, vendors, and related resources
  • Prepare, review, and help process lease agreements
  • Coordinate signatures for leases and other housing documents
  • Assist with cutting checks and tracking payments related to housing expenses
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems (digital and/or physical)
  • Communicate with landlords, vendors, and internal team members as needed
  • Support special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
  • Experience working with housing, real estate, or property management
  • Familiarity with lease agreements or financial paperwork
  • Basic bookkeeping or check processing experience
Work Environment
  • Office-based (M-F)
  • Fast-paced, collaborative team setting
  • Extra hours are requested

This temporary position is ideal for someone looking to contribute administrative expertise while supporting important housing operations.
