Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research policy Renewals/ New Business and support the underwriters with daily tasks
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
  • Assist in managing incoming and outgoing Agency communications, ensuring timely responses.
  • Be a positive and productive Team Member
  • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential material with integrity and professionalism.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with insurance industry terminology and workflows is an asset, but not required.
