Position ScheduleThis part-time weekend position typically works:
- Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM, or a full-day shift
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM, or a full-day shift
Weekend availability is required.
Position SummaryAs a Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for residents, visitors, and family members. You will assist with daily administrative tasks while providing exceptional customer service and support to the community.
Key Responsibilities- Greet residents, visitors, and family members in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
- Maintain an organized and professional front desk area
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks
- Provide information and support to residents and guests as needed
- Foster positive relationships with residents and their families
