Brigham Young University’s Liberal Arts Advisement and Careers Center is seeking an Events Specialist (part-time 17.5 hours/week) to coordinate student-facing events, convocation ceremonies, and promotional materials. You will collaborate with faculty, staff, and student workers to ensure successful events.
Responsibilities include planning New Student Orientation, Major Fairs, College Showcases, managing calendars, creating social media content, and coordinating with the FHSS Dean’s Office.
