Operations Manager, Change Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time/Salaried‑Exempt – Salary $100,000 – $110,000.
Job Location: Fully Remote.
Contract Length: 6 month contract.

The Project Manager leads cross‑functional teams to deliver complex initiatives across the Kodiak portfolio on time, on quality, and on budget. The role owns projects end‑to‑end from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment to the Stage Gate process and providing clear communication of status, actions, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
What will the position do:- Provide ownership and strategic oversight of the Frozen and Oatmeal category project portfolios, ensuring prioritization, execution, and delivery of all product launch and change initiatives.
- Lead cross‑functional teams through Kodiak’s Stage Gate process, ensuring alignment to project briefs, gate document requirements, and business objectives.
- Build and maintain project plans and associated reports in
- Plan for and facilitate cross‑functional project and category meetings, drive decision‑making, and ensure clear accountability for action items.
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to cross‑functional teams and executive leadership, both verbally and in writing.
- Manage commercialization processes by following Kodiak product launch and change templates.
- Partner with external stakeholders, including contract manufacturers, suppliers, and printers, to deliver project objectives.
- 3+ years of project management or commercialization experience in food CPG.
- Experience leading projects through a structured Stage Gate process.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high‑priority projects and deliver against timelines.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers, packaging suppliers, and external partners.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels, including leadership teams.
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated track record of high‑quality, detail‑oriented execution.
- Experience operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth CPG environment.
- Experience managing product life cycles from concept through commercialization, including post‑launch optimization.
- Familiarity with or similar project management tools.
