We are a leading heavy civil contractor seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager. This role focuses on managing heavy civil infrastructure projects from planning to implementation, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Manage heavy civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Projects may include self-performing tasks such as Mass Excavation, Underground Utilities, Drainage, Geotechnical Construction, and Paving operations.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare project reports and updates for senior management and clients.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or budgets.
- Lead and motivate project teams to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in construction project management, specifically heavy civil projects.
- Proven experience managing one of the following:
Mass Excavation, Underground Utilities, Drainage, Geotechnical Construction, Paving, bridge construction, or structures. - Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure, construction best practices, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- A professional certification in Project Management is an added advantage.
