Construction Project Manager

• Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 DOE

We are immediately seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of heavy civil infrastructure projects, from planning to implementation. The role involves managing projects such as mass excavation, underground utilities, drainage, geotechnical construction, paving operations, and bridge construction. The incumbent will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Manage heavy civil construction projects, ensuring timely and budgetary compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Prepare project reports and updates for senior management and clients.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could affect timelines or budgets.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of construction project management experience in heavy civil projects.
• Proven experience in managing mass excavation, underground utilities, drainage, geotechnical construction, paving, bridge construction, or structures.
• Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure, construction best practices, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and related computer applications.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Professional certification in project management is an added advantage.
