- Site Preparation:
Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and digging to prep for concrete pours. - Finish Work:
Smooth, level, and finish concrete surfaces using hand tools like trowels and screeds. - Project Support:
Load and unload materials and tools; follow site plans and supervisor instructions to meet project specs. - Safety Excellence:
Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Experience:
Previous concrete experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic. - Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive tasks in various weather conditions. - Attitude: A positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Compliance:
Must pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing (Drug-Free Workplace).
