Social Media Content Creator

Overview

Sprout is looking for an individual to join our marketing team as a Social Media Content Creator! The ideal candidate will have an interest and experience in both marketing & writing, a passion for parenting & community-building, consistency, & creativity in fulfilling responsibilities. As a small company, you must be passionate about continuous learning, be willing to wear many hats & be a team player.

• Be responsible for the long-form and short-form content creation for Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok
• Actively improve lead generation, SEO, & conversion rate
• Record, review, & analyze data to adapt our processes for strategic work
• Maintain Sprout values while improving established standards & processes
• Bring true value to our audience with a customer-focused perspective & voice that addresses the needs of parents, caregivers, & children

• 1-2 years relevant experience or education preferred in social media content creation for Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok (fields such as marketing, graphic design, photography/video)
• Video editing experience
• SEO experience
• Experience with social media & Google Suite
• Experience managing Google Ads
• Copywriting
• Photography, videography, and visual design experience preferred
• Team-oriented with willingness & ability to work across departments
• A positive attitude & open to constructive feedback
• High attention to detail
• Desire to continuously improve not only yourself but the systems & processes of the work you do

  Full-time
• Schedule :
  Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm
• Wage range : $26.50 - $30.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
