Account Creation Specialist

As an Account Creation Specialist, your primary responsibility is to aid Direct to Home Sales representatives during the customer onboarding process. You will communicate via calls/emails as the rep has questions during the process, experiences error(s), or needs assistance with updating information. A background check will be conducted upon consideration for hire.

Starting pay: $18.00/hr.

Schedules available:

11:30am - 8pm MST
12pm - 8:30pm MST
1pm - 9:30pm MST
1:30pm - 10pm MST

• Answer calls/emails from internal Vivint employees
• Troubleshoot sales tools/apps (No experience needed with tools prior to training)
• Answer questions regarding standard sales processes at Vivint
• Help to promote a trusted partnership with the sales force and advocate for them and the customer when necessary

• Proficient communication skills (verbal and written)
• Friendly disposition - White glove Customer Service
• Excellent problem-solving skills to determine the best plan of action
• Must be able to multi-task while using different internal programs
• Ability to adapt to system/process changes quickly while retaining new information
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel etc.)
• Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred, but not necessarily required.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a background check
• Be able to type a minimum of 35 wpm
• Must be able to work 2 Saturdays per month
• If already a Vivint employee, currently meeting all department performance expectations. Cannot be on any form of a final write up (behavioral, attendance, etc.)
• Been in current position minimum of 9 months.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
