Momentum Marketing is seeking a friendly and dependable Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our Provo team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, handling calls, and supporting a fast-paced service business. No prior pest control or customer service experience is required — we provide training.

• Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries

• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with pest control technicians

• Assist customers with questions related to services, billing, and account updates

• Accurately document customer interactions and service notes

• Resolve basic customer concerns and elevate issues when necessary

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and clear communication

• Maintain a professional, positive, and helpful attitude

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Entry-level role — prior customer service experience is a plus but not required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling or CRM software

• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment

• Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic

• $15–18/hour based on experience
