Customer Support Representative

Zen Payments specializes in payment processing for e-commerce and high-risk businesses. Our mission is to bring transparency, honesty, and flexibility to the credit card processing industry. We have been in business since 2017, and we are currently growing fast. We are looking for team members who want to be a part of something bigger and grow with a young company.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be handling support for our new and existing merchants. You will take inbound calls to resolve issues our merchants are having with their ability to take payments for their business. You will act as a liaison between our banks and our customers assisting in making sure businesses can effortlessly process payments.

Customer service/support experience is a big plus! We are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow with a young company. This is an entry-level position where we will give you all of the training and tools necessary to excel.
