Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Customer Service Representative to perform all-purpose duties, including greeting and providing extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers, monitoring work volume scheduled for the center and recommending load level requests when necessary, coordinating Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one‑stop service to all customers, and maintaining a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.

• Greet and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor daily work volume and recommend load level requests as needed.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies to deliver seamless one‑stop service.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load level processes.

• 1+ years of experience within a customer‑facing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle competing priorities and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
