Sales and Customer Service Representative

Love people, phones, and a fast-moving environment? Red Mountain Wholesale Floral is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team. We're a busy wholesale floral distributor and no two days are exactly the same — if you thrive in a hardworking, friendly atmosphere, you'll fit right in here.

• Make and receive calls with established customers (no cold calling)
• Sell products over the phone and accurately enter sales orders
• Answer customer questions, respond to emails, and resolve order issues
• Assist with social media content and engagement
• Support warehouse operations including pulling, packing, and showroom assistance

• Friendly, positive attitude with great communication skills
• Comfortable on the phone and easy to talk to
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• A team player who's willing to jump in wherever needed
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be at least 20 years old
• Schedule
  • Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
  • Must be able to work at least one Saturday per month (8:00am–2:00pm) and three Sundays during peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Memorial Day).
  • Preference will be given to candidates who can commit to a minimum of one year.

$16/hr

• Safe Harbor retirement fund (eligible after 2 years of service)
• PTO (available to use after 1 year of service, accrues starting on first day)
