• Lead a patient‑centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership.

• Conduct comprehensive full‑mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.

• Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
• Mentor and coach new dentists and the entire team of dental professionals.
• Stay abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental‑branded practices in the greater community.

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.

• Salary range: $200,000 – $300,000 per year.
• Sign‑On Bonus: $15,000.
• Relocation Stipend: $7,500.
