Job Description
This seasonal, contract position is a field role. The incumbent attends onsite open enrollment and benefit fair meetings at client locations, may give presentations on benefits, and is available to answer individual questions. The role requires providing follow‑up information electronically to appropriate Delta Dental personnel and adapting schedules to seasonal needs. Candidates must be available from 8 AM to 5 PM in their local time zone, Monday through Friday.

- Compare and contrast dental plans in group or one‑on‑one settings to help customers determine the best plan.
- Guide customers who are making voluntary decisions regarding Delta Dental.
- Provide printed plan information and answer questions about the plans offered.
- Refer members to customer service for issues that cannot be resolved on site.
- Minimum two years of experience in medical/dental insurance account management, benefits administration in Human Resources, serving as a medical/dental carrier, representative, or insurance broker.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Insurance license required for residents of FL and KY.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; proof of automobile insurance with minimum liability limits required by the state of residence.
- Knowledge of dental plans and basic health insurance terminology.
- Knowledge of other languages is preferred.
The national base pay range is $30.00 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental’s assessment of the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and certifications, as well as prevailing wages and internal equity.
