Job Description & How to Apply Below

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who is ready to be a "first seat" leader. This isn’t a role where you’ll just be picking fabrics; you will be a project architect of interiors, managing custom luxury residential projects from the initial concept through to the final walkthrough.

The Culture

We pride ourselves on being down-to-earth, kind, and collaborative. We share an office with our architectural partners, ensuring a high level of integration between the bones of the home and the beauty of the interior. As a young firm, the ceiling for growth is non-existent and potential to scale with the organization is unmatched.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Project Management: Own the lifecycle of 20+ custom home projects, ensuring timelines are met and the design vision remains uncompromised.
  • Design Execution: Lean into a predominantly European Traditional and Traditional aesthetic, while remaining versatile enough to tackle Modern and New American styles.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, navigating the complexities of high‑end residential builds with grace and professionalism.
  • Technical Design: Utilize design software to bring concepts to life. While CAD is standard, we are a Revit‑forward firm—proficiency here is your "superpower."
Who You Are
  • Experienced: You are a senior‑level designer who doesn't need hand‑holding. You’ve managed complex residential projects and know how to anticipate "on‑site" issues before they happen.
  • Style‑Aligned: You have a deep appreciation for Traditional and European design. You understand scale, texture, and timelessness.
  • Technical: You are proficient in CAD; if you are proficient in Revit
, you are at the top of our list.
  • Down‑to‑Earth: You are talented but humble. You want to work in an environment where people like each other and look out for the team. You’re not afraid to "jump in" and do what needs to be done.
  • Robust Health Care: 90% coverage for employees (Medical, Vision, Dental).
  • Time Off: 18 days of PTO plus 12 paid holidays.
  • Family First: Paid parental leave.
  • Flexibility: A hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in‑office)

If you’re ready to help build the blueprint for Utah’s premier design‑build experience, we’d love to meet you.
