Architectural Design Project Manager

If you're tired of touching one narrow piece of a project and handing it off, this is the opposite of that. You'll own a custom home from first model to final walkthrough, working directly with clients rather than through layers of process. For a designer who wants real ownership and modern tools to do the work well, this is a rare full-cycle seat.

A residential architecture and design firm working with custom home builders and clients primarily in Utah, focused on designing beautiful homes while putting the client experience at the center of the process. The firm works on projects ranging from starter custom homes to full luxury builds, and uses modern tools like 3D rendering and VR walkthroughs as part of the actual design workflow.

It s a small, established, founder-led firm with a fast-paced, fun, and flexible culture.

You ll be involved in every phase of the design process, from modeling homes from scratch to meeting directly with clients to reviewing final construction documents. This is a full-time, in-office role with flexible hours and competitive pay.

• Model homes from scratch and make changes as needed to each design
• Coordinate with team members to ensure clients  requests and changes are being carried out
• Research codes, HOA, and city requirements for current projects
• Meet with clients in person or virtually to facilitate every aspect of the project
• Prepare models for virtual reality walkthroughs
• Review construction documents created by drafters to ensure firm design standards are met

• 5+ years of experience in architectural drafting/design
• Proficient in Revit and Bluebeam
• General knowledge of construction processes, codes, and requirements
• Detail, goal, and process oriented
• Comfortable owning a project across every phase, not just one specialty

• Licensed Architect, or actively pursuing licensure

• $80,000–$120,000, depending on experience
