Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Campus Director and Dean of General Education, located in Las Vegas, NV. The individual will oversee campus operations, manage enrollment processes, ensure financial and budgeting goals are met, and promote high standards of academic excellence. They will also collaborate closely with faculty, staff, and administration to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students, while ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and faculty
• Experience in Enrollment Management to drive student recruitment and retention
• Knowledge in Budgeting to develop, monitor, and manage campus financial operations
• Understanding of Student Financial Aid policies and procedures to guide students and maintain compliance
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven ability to foster an inclusive and diverse learning environment
• Previous experience in academic administration is preferred
