** Job Details**$10.00 per hour. Payment will be by direct deposit.

* Instruct participants ages two to adult in ice skating from the beginning to intermediate level and assist the Figure Skating Coordinator as needed.
* Assist Recreation staff members and perform other related duties as required.
* Sufficient amount of related skill and/or experience which would demonstrate an ability to perform the duties of the job.
* Preference given to candidates who have previously instructed or have ice skating experience.

Evenings, Monday - Friday and Saturday mornings. This work requires physical strength and agility to perform the work, including, standing and/or ice-skating during instruction and minor bending; the ability to work outside in the cold and other weather conditions; and work with the public in possibly stressful situations.

If selected for hire, candidate will be required to successfully pass a drug screen and criminal background check. Non-disclosure may result in dismissal. Applicants with unsatisfactory drug screen results will be ineligible for appointment or application to any Provo City position for a minimum period of six (6) months.
