Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering counseling/interventions
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to culturally competent, student-centered support

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations and assessments
• Develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents
• Provide individual and group counseling services to support students' social-emotional well-being
• Consult with educators and families to design intervention strategies and behavior plans
• Contribute to positive, inclusive school climates by promoting prevention and early intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
