Required Degree:

Master's degree (or PhD) in Construction Management or a related field required. The required degree must be completed by the start date.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of professional construction management experience.

Duties/Expectations:

Teach CFM 312 - Construction Scheduling and Cost Control (Fall 2026). Class held in person, Monday & Wednesday 9:30 - 10:45 AMInstruct students in person during designated class times

Provide office consultations and student mentoring (approximately 2 hrs per week)
Prepare course materials (lectures, homework, projects)
Evaluate student work Write and administer exams.

Adjunct faculty do not attend faculty meetings and are not required to participate in research or citizenship responsibilities.
