Required Degree: Ph.D. required. Ph.D. in games studies, literary studies, critical theory, or related fields preferred. Required degree must be completed by start date.
Experience: Significant experience teaching game criticism (preferably 7+ years), teaching at the college level (preferably 7+ years), and familiarity with Brigham Young University policies and procedures.
Duties / Expectations- Teach DigHT 395R:
Digital Humanities Research Seminar following department‑approved curriculum. - Hold regular office hours.
- Complete grade books, final grade sheets, learning assessments, and final exam assessments on a timely basis.
- Identify and refer at‑risk students to specific academic support services.
- Ensure course and program learning outcomes are delivered as defined by the syllabus.
- Assist students in their progress in the course and in meeting the Aims of a BYU Education.
