Duties/Expectations:
Music 355R is an intermediate to advanced-level production course focused on the practical skills required for professional recording environments.
A firm commitment to the mission of BYUTeach Music 355R Recording Workshop Provide individualized and group mentorship, guiding students toward measurable growth in their technical and professional skills through direct learning opportunities
Support weekly Studio Y Orchestra recording sessions, overseeing the full session workflow from setup through takedown and the student experience.
Maintain safe, responsible care and handling of all studio equipment.
Develop and deliver course materials-including syllabi, assessments, and project-based assignments ensuring alignment with the School of Music's learning outcomes.
Remain accessible to students for questions and assistance as needed outside of regular class time.
Respond to student inquiries in a timely manner
Utilize BYU's Learning Suite or Canvas to manage assignments, post grades, and communicate with students.
