Talent Development Office Manager - part-time/28 hrs per week

The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative and program coordination support to the Talent Development Department. This role ensures the smooth operation of department functions, training and organizational development programs and onboarding efforts. The position also manages logistical and operational aspects of training and wellness programs, provides database and reporting support, oversees purchasing and budgeting processes, and assists in the supervision of student employees.

Additionally, this role provides ongoing support for the Workday Talent system and information, and coordinates department tools and assessments for feedback, leadership 360s, and performance review processes

What you'll be doing in this position

Program Coordination Coordinate logistics for training programs, department initiatives, and onboarding sessions.

Schedule training sessions, set up materials, and prepare meeting spaces.

Maintain and update training records, participation lists, and program metrics.

Assist in preparing for training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.

Support the execution of New Employee Orientation, including maintaining swag materials and setting up for sessions.

Assist with DiSC and MBTI administration in coordination with leadership development workshops.

Coordinate leadership 360-degree feedback assessments, including scheduling, data collection, report generation, and follow-up communication.
