PIPECARE Group – UT/UTCD Integrity Engineer [Level 3]
PIPECARE Group is looking for an experienced UT/UTCD Integrity Engineer (Level
3) to join our project execution teams. We provide technology‑ and service‑focused solutions to the international oil and gas industry, helping customers maintain the integrity of their pipeline and facility assets for over 20 years.
Oil & Gas – In‑Line Inspection Services
Key Responsibilities- Checking and approving tool performance during PTT.
- Checking data quality of ILI runs.
- Conducting UTWM, UTCD, and EMAT data analysis.
- Implementing dig verification tasks at sites and preparing reports.
- Reviewing software inter‑phase, user manuals and DAD quality documentation.
- Ensuring tool sensitivity values are provided to TM in the Tool Checklist.
- Preparing specific Run assessment reports and identifying pipeline obstructions.
- Producing technically valid Preliminary / Final reports.
- Communicating results to Ho‑DAD and ensuring integration into final reports.
- Synchronizing coordinates with data and alerting R&D of software issues.
- Updating documentation and standard quality procedures.
- Executing additional tasks as requested by DA Team Leader or DA Manager.
- Minimum 4‑year technical or engineering degree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience in in‑line inspection data analysis.
- Prior certification as ILI PQ LIII Integrity Engineer in UTWM, UTCD, or EMAT, or the ability to become certified.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in analyzing in‑line inspection data.
- Ability to learn proprietary software platforms; proficiency in Microsoft applications is a must.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Professional, detail‑oriented focus with high quality standards.
- Effective communication skills at all organizational levels; ability to prepare and present to management and customers.
- Work for extended periods in a stationary position at computers and workstations.
- Pass vision acuity and color differentiation examinations.
- Business travel may be required for training, meetings, site visits and customer meetings (international travel possible).
- Work flexible hours based on business and project needs.
- Work independently or within a team to ensure project success.
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Mobility to walk and climb within refinery or plant environments and access elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells.
- Clear speech and hearing for effective communication.
- Ability to focus and multitask effectively.
- Must wear safety equipment as required by the safety department.
- Personal mobility and reflexes sufficient to perform office duties and travel to off‑site locations when necessary.
